What I’m Working On

After spending over a decade as CTO and co-founder of CloudHesive, I’m now with Call Center Power (CCP) as a Principal Product & Platform Architect. I joined CCP to deepen the firm’s Amazon Connect practice and accelerate cloud contact center delivery for enterprise and public sector customers and by partnering with sales, delivery, and managed services teams across four areas: • Amazon Connect practice development — architecture, implementation, and platform strategy • Mentoring solutions architects across the delivery team • Pre-sales support — enterprise and public sector pursuits, solution design, and technical scoping • Product and partner strategy — contributing to CCP’s AWS ecosystem roadmapd CI/CD pipeline design

I’m also writing more — sharing what I’ve learned across 25 years of building and operating platforms at scale.
