Patrick Hannah
Patrick Hannah is the former CTO and co-founder of CloudHesive, a cloud consulting and managed services provider where he spent over a decade building products, growing teams, and helping customers migrate, secure, and operate workloads on AWS. At CloudHesive, he led product management and development for SaaS platforms including ConnectPath, Centricity, and Dextr, and progressed the company’s AWS partnership to Premier Tier with 17 programs and competencies.
Prior to CloudHesive, Patrick was the Senior Manager of the Cloud Engineering team at Pegasystems, an enterprise software company located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. While at Pega he helped grow their cloud platform into a solution capable of supporting their enterprise and government customers’ stringent security requirements.
Prior to Pega, Patrick spent 8 years at Arise Virtual Solutions, a work-at-home BPO in Miramar, Florida. During his tenure at Arise, he architected, implemented and managed the company’s contact center platform which allowed Arise to not only expand out of the South Florida market to a national presence but expand internationally as well.

Patrick recently joined Call Center Power (CCP) as a Principal Product & Platform Architect. He joined CCP to deepen the firm’s Amazon Connect practice and accelerate cloud contact center delivery for enterprise and public sector customers and by partnering with sales, delivery, and managed services teams across four areas: • Amazon Connect practice development — architecture, implementation, and platform strategy • Mentoring solutions architects across the delivery team • Pre-sales support — enterprise and public sector pursuits, solution design, and technical scoping • Product and partner strategy — contributing to CCP’s AWS ecosystem roadmap
